Step By Step Ordering Instructions (for printable order form)

  1. Give complete Name, Shipping Address (No P.O. Box - STREET ADDRESS ONLY), and Phone Number.
  2. Specify whether or not we may substitute for an item if we are sold out.  Any substitution will be of greater or equal value.  (Space is provided at bottom of form to list substitution suggestions)
  3. Specify a Desired Shipping Date.  Date must be between April 1st thru October 30th.  If you do not know when your daylilies should be shipped, please specify "when appropriate."  If you request ASAP, your plants will be shipped at the very earliest possible shipping time.  Optimum planting times are spring and fall when temperatures are mild.  Retail orders are shipped on Monday and Tuesday only, via UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Ground (within 2 day delivery area).
  4. (Optional)  Specify whether or not you are an AHS Member.
  5. List plants you want to order.  Below is a sample entry. ($40.00 minimum order for plants, plus shipping)

Our most frequently asked questions involve BONUS PLANTS. Our goal has always been to send good quality bonus plants that you have selected and to be as generous as possible. Over the years, our loyal customers have become very familiar with our bonus policy and understand our idea of “generous.” Your bonus plants will come from the list that you give us on your order form. The only exception is if we are sold out of a plant and do not have any to send. This is why we always ask you to list plenty of suggestions. Please feel free to contact us if there are any other questions concerning our bonus policy.

We GUARANTEE freshly dug, large healthy fans, true to name,  state inspected plants.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with the plants in your order please do not put them in the ground, simply return them for a full refund.   We will do everything in our power to ensure a happy customer, however we cannot guarantee the survival of plants shipped outside our recommendations.
